今天做的是紅豆口味的包子,紅豆餡要炒乾一點放進去會比較好包,包好的包子蒸熟後放在鐵網上放涼,再放進冷凍庫裡面凍起來,要吃的時候用大同電鍋蒸熱,每天都有白白胖胖的包子可以吃好幸福阿!
INGREDIENTS
中筋麵粉all-purpose flour 2cups(500ml)
乾酵母yeast 8ml
牛奶milk300ml
sugar40ml
salt1/4tsp
橄欖油oil1tsp
把麵粉酵母鹽加到大碗裡,慢慢加進牛奶(分幾次加,不然麵糰會太濕)
把麵糰揉到不黏手的狀態加入油,揉成一個光滑的麵糰,把麵糰滾圓收口朝下
蓋上保鮮膜(要封緊),放在比較溫暖的地方發酵到麵糰變兩倍大(2-3小時)
拿出來前灑一些麵粉在檯面上,把麵糰揉成長條狀,切成約14個小麵糰,將麵糰壓扁成圓形,中間部分要比較厚,包想要吃的料進去捏緊成包子形狀,(包子捏法可以上網查)
把包子放進大同電鍋再發酵20分,倒入一杯半的水開始蒸,開關跳起來之後悶3分鐘就可以吃了
DIRECTIONS 
Put flour yeast sugar salt into a large bowl
And add milk to the bowl very slowly,

Mix everything together very well until the dough smooth
use food wrap to cover the bowl
waiting the dough rise until double in size(around 2-3 hours)
divide the dough into 12 parts
shape into round and let center more thick
add what you want into the dough and wrap it
put into steam pot prove wait for 20 minutes
add 1 and half cup water into the pot 
when the button turning up and wait for 3 minutes it's done!!
