How To Make Crepes
這種華麗的點心超級適合派對享用,可以按自己喜好裝飾,又可以吃到大量水果,雖然加了一點鮮奶油在裡面但好吃到讓人忽略那小小的罪惡感。
可麗餅做法8人份
INGREDIENTS材料:
1杯中筋麵粉1 cup all-purpose flour(我其中30ml換低筋)
2顆蛋2 eggs
1/2杯牛奶1/2 cup milk
1/2杯水1/2 cup water
1/4tsp鹽1/4 teaspoon salt
2TBS奶油先放微坡融化2
tablespoons butter, melted
1TBS糖1TBS sugar
DIRECTIONS
1麵粉過篩,加入乾的鹽,砂糖攪拌,接著加蛋(先放乾的再放濕的才不會結塊)
2慢慢將牛奶加入攪拌均勻後將溶化的奶油放進去攪拌,攪拌完成後讓它休息一下(約20分鐘)沒用完放冰箱可冰3天
3開中小火熱鍋, 加一點橄欖油在平底鍋上,用廚房用紙巾擦一下(太多油會焦)倒進約1/4杯麵糊左右搖晃鍋子至麵糊平均成圓形,煎到兩面稍微變色就可以拿起來了
4煎好後就可以隨喜好裝飾可麗餅囉!
1.mix salt sugar first,and put egg into a bowl
2.add milk very slowly then put into melted butter mix well and waiting for 20 minutes
3.Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
